FANUC Poland is taking over the honorary patronage of the NAZCA 4.0 project

FANUC Poland begins cooperation with the APA Group to support the development of the Nazca 4.0 production optimization platform and the Industrial Technology Testing Center. For years, FANUC has been involved in the development of innovative technical tools necessary to transform today's production plants into the factories of the future.

Platform development

As a result of partnership cooperation with leading companies in the field of industrial automation and the development of artificial intelligence, it is changing the face of the global industry. Today, FANUC Polska begins cooperation with the APA Group to support the development of the Nazca 4.0 production optimization platform and the Industry 4.0 Technology Testing Center.

The fourth industrial revolution requires new knowledge and extensive cooperation. Not only in the area of individual enterprises, but entire chains of companies and institutions, which by joining forces will be able to implement new industry standards. The partnership between FANUC Polska and APA Group fits perfectly into this trend. The ceremonial signing of the declaration of honorary patronage over the NAZCA 4.0 project and the Industry 4.0 Technology Testing Center took place at the FANUC Polska headquarters in Wrocław on February 10, 2021. The NAZCA 4.0 platform is a modern, comprehensive application for the integration of production management systems 4.0, being the result of Polish technical thought.

Standard 4.0

The NAZCA 4.0 project assumes not only educational and consulting activities, but also the opportunity to take a closer look at the production process in Industry 4.0 standards. This is possible thanks to the display in the Industry 4.0 Technology Testing Center, designed by APA Group engineers.

The display at the Industry 4.0 Technology Testing Center allows you to select an exemplary product both on-site in Gliwice and via the Internet, give it its characteristic features, and then produce it by monitoring each stage of the production process in real time. Importantly, within this system it is possible to observe the functions and practical possibilities of applying the concepts of IoT, Big Data, machine learning in industrial production.
