The Siemens 3RW4076-6BB45 is a SIRIUS soft starter designed for the soft starting and stopping of three-phase asynchronous motors. It is rated for an operational current of 432 A at 40 °C, with a motor power capacity of 315 kW at 500 V. The device operates within a voltage range of 400–600 V AC and requires a 230 V AC control supply. It features an integrated bypass contact system, reducing power dissipation during continuous operation and eliminating the need for external bypass contactors. The soft starter includes motor overload protection and adjustable current limitation to safeguard the motor from sudden current surges. It is equipped with screw terminals for easy installation. This model has been phased out and succeeded by the SIRIUS 3RW5 series, with the preferred successor being the 3RW5076-6AB15.
