Description

The Siemens 6GK7343-1CX10-0XE0 is a communications processor designed to integrate the SIMATIC S7-300 PLC with Industrial Ethernet networks. It supports protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, Multicast, SEND/RECEIVE with and without RFC1006, Fetch/Write, and S7 communication (server). The module features an integrated 2-port PROFINET IO device switch based on ERTEC 200, enabling module replacement without a programming device (PG), SNMP diagnostics, and LAN initialization. It provides two RJ45 connections for LAN at 10/100 Mbit/s. Key specifications include a supply voltage of 5 V from the backplane bus and 24 V DC externally, with a typical current consumption of 0.2 A from the backplane bus and 0.16 A from the external supply. The module operates within an ambient temperature range of 0 to 40 °C for vertical installation and 0 to 60 °C for horizontally arranged busbars during operation, and can be stored or transported between -40 to +70 °C. The net weight is 0.22 kg, and the module has a compact design with dimensions of 40 mm in width, 125 mm in height, and 120 mm in depth.
