The Siemens 7ME6310-3TA11-1LA1 is a high-performance electromagnetic flow sensor from the SITRANS FM MAG 3100 series, designed for precise volume flow measurement of conductive liquids. This sensor is ideal for applications in the process, chemical, steel, mining, utility, power generation, and distribution industries. It features a flanged design with a diameter range from DN 15 to DN 2000 (1/2" to 78"), accommodating various pipe sizes. The sensor is equipped with carbon steel flanges (EN1092-1, PN6) made of ASTM A 105 material, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. The internal lining consists of soft rubber, providing excellent protection against aggressive media. The sensor's electrode material is stainless steel AISI 316Ti (1.4571), suitable for a wide range of applications, excluding PFA. The SITRANS FM MAG 3100 operates with the MAG 5000 transmitter, offering an IP67/NEMA 4X/6 polyamide enclosure, and is powered by 115-230V AC at 50/60 Hz. It does not support bus communication, making it suitable for standalone applications. The sensor is designed for remote transmitter configurations, with options for metric cable glands and a polyamide terminal box or the MAG 6000i integral mount. This configuration ensures reliable and accurate flow measurement in demanding industrial environments.
