Automation Trader at Warsaw Industry Week 2021

Automation Trader at Warsaw Industry Week 2021

One of the most important industry events this year is behind us. The international trade fair for innovative industrial solutions, i.e. the Warsaw Industry Week, was held in the Warsaw Expo halls.

The history of the Warsaw fair is perhaps not very long, as it dates back to 2016, but its importance and importance, however, grows year by year, which, however, is not surprising. New solutions in industry are playing an increasingly important role, especially today, when we are not only discussing only revolution 4.0, but we can follow its development with our own eyes. Its importance cannot be depreciated, which is realized not only by the big players, but also by the slightly smaller ones, who - looking back - have so far been reluctant to invest with new solutions on such a large scale.

It is worth being present

The effect is that from year to year the fair can boast of an increasing number of not only exhibitors, but also guests. The first ones want to boast about solutions prepared by their own engineers, checking what squeaks in the grass and what the competition has prepared. The latter - with increasing development in the automation sector - are simply interested in how far we have come and what technological innovations we will see in the near future.

During this year's fair, 255 exhibitors appeared in the Expo halls, presenting their products and the latest achievements, trying to gain contacts so necessary in the industry. - It is worth being present at such an event, even if you are not an exhibitor yourself - revealed the CEO of Automation Trader, Maciej Szczotka.

Sharing experiences

However, this is still not all that can be gained from Warsaw Industry Week. The fair, in addition to its exhibition section, which is of course its most important part, can also boast of an ever-growing sector related to various conferences and lectures. This year, the industry instruments conference with the slogan "Closer to Industry 4.0" attracted the most attention. Everyone who appeared on the scene talked about their experiences related to the process of introducing new solutions in production plants, which bring us closer to green and digital transformation, from which there is no escape.

Talks about the future

The debate on the training of engineering staff was also very interesting to listen to. How is this process going to look in the future? What is worth putting the greatest emphasis on? And finally, what competences should they have to meet the requirements of the ever accelerating industrial revolution in the near future? This is a problem as important as the very focus on new technologies. Both of these things are inextricably linked and it is worth betting on a solution that can give you an advantage over the competition today. Even if they require greater forces and resources, they can bring measurable benefits even in a short-term forecast.

As for the aforementioned exhibition department, the biggest players on the market could not miss it. Among others, Beckhoff, Siemens, Euchner, Schneider Electric or Weidmuller. Their presence was of course very important, but I was also very happy that the slightly smaller ones were not afraid to present their solutions. Their stands may not have been that big and full of trinkets, but the solutions they proposed could be of great importance for the entire industry.

As you can see, the importance of the Warsaw Industry Week format is constantly growing, and the specific ones are gaining more and more popularity not only in the country, but are also noticed abroad.
