Description

The Allen-Bradley 1761-NET-AIC is an Advanced Interface Converter (AIC+) designed to facilitate communication between MicroLogix controllers and various networked devices. This device enables seamless integration by converting RS-232 and RS-485 signals to the DH-485 protocol, allowing for flexible system configurations. It supports multidrop networks with up to 32 nodes, making it suitable for complex industrial automation setups. The 1761-NET-AIC operates within a DC voltage range of 20.4 to 28.8 V, with a current draw of 120 mA at 24 V DC. It features 500 V DC isolation, ensuring reliable performance in electrically noisy environments. The device is housed in a compact enclosure measuring 180 mm in length, 150 mm in width, and 40 mm in height, with a weight of 0.15 kg.
