FANUC enters the market with an offer that cannot be refused

The world is not standing still. Technology is constantly evolving, artificial intelligence is changing our lives almost every day, but that doesn't at all mean that the market for all kinds of professionals who know how to take advantage of all this is growing at the same pace. This is where FANUC intends to enter the game.

To better illustrate the context, it's worth citing here a report compiled by the Manpower Group with the much-talked-about title "Talent Shortage."

Companies have problems

It took a look at the Polish market, and as it turned out, as many as 72 percent of companies in our country have a serious problem finding employees with the right qualifications and skills. This is particularly true of industries related to new technologies and those into which AI is entering with increasing momentum. It also has to do with the accelerating transition to Industry 4.0.

So since companies are having trouble filling positions with people who have specific skills, it's no wonder they are taking matters into their own hands and starting to "produce" them themselves. FANUC has just set its sights on being proactive.

The company has set its sights on a venture we know as "FANUC Academy," where a wide range of training and courses are offered so that industrial employees can improve their qualifications and acquire new useful skills.

Top level

Classes at the mentioned academy are, of course, taught by experienced lecturers. People who know their craft very well. It doesn't stop there, however, as all students have the opportunity to use modern simulators and the necessary tools at the absolute highest level.

- We train in a wide range of manufacturing solutions including robots, robomachines and CNC technology - revealed Alexander Lesisz of FANUC Academy.

Importantly, the range of training offered by FANUC is really large, so that everyone can find something for themselves and a specialty in which they feel comfortable.

- We have specialized training, such as welding, PMC, Macro Variable Programming or dedicated training for issues indicated by the customer - Lesisz added.

So FANUC is looking for specialists, and if you're looking for components from this company, it's worth checking out Automation Trader's offerings.
