Built-in predictive diagnostics monitor the health of key components like capacitors and cooling fans, while current-based anomaly detection helps detect potential faults early. Combined with the FR Configurator2 software, troubleshooting becomes faster and more intuitive.

The FR-D800 can control both induction and permanent-magnet motors, allowing engineers to standardize their drive portfolio across different applications. The global rollout is planned for March 2025, with single-phase (100 V, 200 V) and three-phase (400 V) models available.
