Take advantage of the opportunity
- I would like to say that it was not always a threat to companies. If someone built his strategy on the basis that it could be an opportunity, he must have won - he continued.
The key to success was not only the ability to anticipate and plan a few moves ahead, but also to take innovative actions in advance. - It seems to me that the pandemic resulted, of course, in the breakdown of supply chains. The winners on the market, however, were those companies that had already thought about storage and optimization of storage costs. Companies that thought about it previously had a huge advantage over the competition - he added.
