Warsaw Industry Week is the fastest growing industrial fair in Poland. It is an event focusing on innovative industrial solutions organized annually since 2016 at the Ptak Warsaw Expo in Warsaw. Each year, it gathers all industries related to the mechanical engineering sector. It is also a great opportunity to promote your own business, gain business contacts and build long-term relationships. This year's edition of the fair was held on November 13-15, which was attended by nearly 400 exhibitors.
Exhibitors had the opportunity to present their solutions for industry in the following thematic zones:
Metalworking - machines, devices and technologies for metalworking, technological instrumentation of machine tools, components, service, quality control, technique, measuring devices, machines and CNC machines were presented in this segment.
Varnishing - installations and systems for wet varnishing and powder coating, coli coating technologies, powder guns, coloring mixtures, liquid and powder varnishes. The technology of cleaning, drying, curing and pre-treatment was also presented.
Robotics and automation - there was a presentation of solutions in the broad field of automation among others: industrial, articulated, parallel robots, as well as assembly, operation, drive and control technologies.
Tools - equipment and materials for engineering and plant equipment were presented, such as: metalworking tools, materials, servomotors, lubricants, servomotors, devices for control and measurements as well as technological equipment.
Modern technologies dedicated to programming and 3D printing, hydraulics and pneumatics, as well as 4.0 printers were also presented at the fair.
During the fair, participants had the opportunity to use the Hosted Buyers program, which is a comprehensive program of matchmaking organizations that gives the opportunity to establish direct contacts with potential business partners also outside the country.
The main conference was devoted to the topic "Instruments of Industry 4.0". This conference was mainly addressed to small and medium-sized production plants showing interest in the possibility of introducing industry 4.0 solutions into their organization. Examples of plant implementations have been presented together with the possibilities of using mobile robots. The difficulties that you may encounter in implementing this process are also discussed. Participants had the opportunity to learn the challenges that this process brings with them in the coming years as well as the role and situation of man in the 4.0 factory.
